| i have my doubts about kick-ass since i loved the book. but it could be this year's watchmen. "I only ever admired one man before but know i admire four." lol best line! ah that movie was so bad, but i still enjoyed it and i shall stick by that. (kind of how i feel about star trek 5) | |

| Yup. He was sitting there in the graphic novels section.
One of the workers said they'll be getting more figures in & setting up a display w/ all the trades when the movie opens.

| Seems a bit of an odd place to have an exclusive figure. At least you didn't have any trouble getting one. | |

| Thanks!
TRU has a huge IM2 front display now, but nothing new so far.
But I FINALLY found Question! Now alls I need is a Deadman to finish off Kilowog.
They also had the new Dark Knight Movie Masters. The Two-Face & Jail Cell Joker look pretty sweet, but I'm saving my money for Record Store Day this weekend & ATHF tickets.

| Picked a couple boxes off skids at Walmart last night. I love when you can actually go in and see the stuff before it gets put up. Then ask the Toy grunt putting it up as if you're asking for their 1st born to open it for you. I got DCUC All Stars Green Arrow, Green Lantern, and Night Wing. And I couldn't figure out why I was seeing Cyborg Superman hanging on the pegs with these just by himself. He's in that case assortment??? Further proof Mattel doesn't know what the hell they are doing. Put another Night Wing or Green Arrow in there. I also put up Marvel Universe figures for the nice lady and got the last one I needed. Cap. America with an unthrowable shield. Well I guess you could throw it, it just wouldn't come back by itself. I went to TRU Yesterday on my day off. Well 3 actually. | |

Yep. They put on a pretty fun show. Basically it's the voice actors doing a profanity-filled puppet show with some of the Squidbillies guys doing a jam session for an opening act. If you're an adult swim fan it's like the greatest thing ever, but if you're not...like my wife...then you'll just sit there looking at your watch and taking plenty of bathroom breaks.

| Picked up Jacen & Jaina Solo..from the Star Wars EU line. Also scored the IM2 Hall of Armour figures. Very cool! Still no sign of the new single carded figures
also saw (but didn't pick up) the new NECA Freddy. It looks cool enough but still not liking the new face. And the non-burnt "Fred Krueger" seems like a waste. Oh and my comic shop got in the MS Iron Man Mark VI. They also managed to get the con exclusive White Lantern Sinestro & Hal Jordan but they were asking $50 each.

| All this week all Star Wars toys are BOGO 1/2 off at TRU
I used it today to get both Force Unleashed box sets. It's also good for Lego sets so I'll probably go back for more later this week!

| no it's buy one get one half off, so both sets totaled around $37
even at $29.99 each that's a good price for some cool figures, considering how horribly marked up most SW exclusives are everywhere else.

| Good deal.
I went today as well as my buddy to a couple different TRU, and we both just missed the new figures for the BOGOHO sale. And with just one more truck before the sale ends this week I don't think I will get to take full advantage.
And no Forced Unleashed sets either.

| Nice, I've been seeing those at most the Wal-Marts.
Word is movie Whiplash & the new comic wave (Hulkbuster, etc) is starting to show up at TRU. So I'll probably start looking tomorrow. Also need to pick up that new NECA Freddy Krueger. Looks pretty badass. It comes with 2 different heads, one's the fucced up version and the other one looks like it would make for a perfect unmasked Deadpool head! Plus the remake isn't half bad, either.

| OK so far the only new comic waves I've seen are 2 of the IM's (pointy mask & blocky style armor)...no sign of Titanium Man, Guardsman or Hulkbuster. And my friend at TRU said they got a case of movie wave this week & found out Whiplash is 1 per | |

| Visited Wal-Mart this morning & found Donna Troy & Superboy
Not sure what wave they're up to now but the C&C is Trigon. Now I'm hoping I find a variant Cheetah at some point!
