US Toy finds

I went in search of the Endor Two Packs at K-Mart and came up empty.
Now that's not to say I went home empty handed.

I saw those ML3 on ebay last week for £13 (£16 with postage)- I didn't buy them. I'm not feeling ML at the moment.

I went to one Walmart yesterday after work and picked up two different sets. I don't know how many figure combinations there are.
But I do know there are at least two different packaging versions.

At $25 a set that is one awesome deal.

I tried getting packs that had the coolest figures IMO.

I chose these 2:














Oh btw they have stickers over the barcodes.




These beat those Value packs from a year ago. with the figures back to back stuck together with stickers from hell.

That's a good deal

Went looking for the Blastar, Professor X, and Baghead Spiderman, nothing yet.

I did find another Red Hulk team pack. so he is done.

But the unexpected find of the day was an all clear Invisible Woman in with the old FF team set.
Now all the 2 or 3 completists out there need to buy this FF set yet one more time. And I need one more yet to complete my world of 2xs.

For the third time in my life I was at a Target in the morning when they were stocking the toy isle shelves. This particular time they had unopend cases of Marvel legends and Marvel Universe figures at the same time!

Unfortunately for me they were from like two series ago.

I never could figure out why I kept seeing the same Arnizola and Terrax figures hanging on the pegs. I thought they were coming in the same case of remixed figures. Nope turns out somebody at every Taget in my area keeps taking the best figure of each series. Such as Piledriver, and Viper. So I did the same.

For whatever reason recently have been finding the Marvel Universe figures on foriegn cards. I don't know if this has anything to do with NOVA's card chnage or not but it did. I was happy too that Nova was going to be released again with the next series only to find I need the original version again along withj the HTF Angel.

Well persistence pays off. After seeing a bunch of these on evil-bay yesterday I went searching my local Targets for this nice deluxe pack.
Only to find it sold out everywhere but one lone store. They called ahead for me but their reply was "They are not set to be released until the 27th"
But I never take no for an answer. So after doing my initial Target.com search for the item, (You can get it on line by the way, but it too was listed as Not Available), I found they magically appeared in stock everywhere.
So I printed out the photo and DPCI # 187-06-1200 and took it to one of the stores that night and asked some kid that didn't give a rats ass weather I bought them early or not.
Case closed on this one.

Cool figures, although it feels like they just threw them together at random.

I thought the same thing. No connection unless the Radioactive Man is now an Avenger? I haven't read a new comic since 10 years ago.

He was in the Thunderbolts at one point but not an Avenger, it would have made more sense to include the unreleased Batroc.
