US Toy finds

I bought the last one...but I will keep my eyes out!


Found the Batman Legacy figures & 2-packs. I grabbed a handful of $5 off coupons from Matty's SDCC booth & used one to buy the Arkham City Bats & Two Face.
I might go back for that trench coat Joker, too. They expire on the 12th, and I'm hoping I find the Apache Chief wave before then.

I also got REALLY lucky & found a TRU excl. Masterpiece Rodimus.
I know I paid hundreds for the Japanese one, and this one is w/o the trailer, but he comes with his rifle & Offshoot. Probably the only thing I wanted at ComicCon but sold out on me besides Stay Puft.

Found some THUNDERCATS today!

No classic Lion-O but did get Tygra. They aren't cheap, either. The classics cost $20 & the 6" new line is $15.
I thought about getting the tank but only really want it for Snarf. How messed up is that?

Who makes them again? Bandi?

I see Mattel is having a Voltron Club figure series.

I wish Mattel would have made the Thundercats the same way.

It is pretty cool. It has like 20 different phrases. I got tired of pressing the button on the chest.

Yeah I came across them, too. Shame I don't know anybody that really wants one.

I bought the "Kre-O" Bumblebee. Basically it's Hasbro doing Lego. But the blocks are Lego-compatable & you get Bumblebee & Red Alert mini figures. I got the Optimus mini fig free at Comic Con so I thought I'd start collecting.
I really want the Hogwarts Lego set but it's like $120 & huge & comes with a buttload of figures.


Also found the new Predators at TRU today. Eleder Predator from P2 looks frikkin' SWEET! I want to go back & get a couple of Pred dogs, which means I'll need to get the Tracker.
No sign of Freddy yet...damn what's taking them???

yes I heard that Hasbro was throwing their hand in the lego pot.
I saw some of them on display at TRU. They didn't appeal to me. I don't like the mini figures' arm attachments. They look cheap.

I saw the classic avengers set and the sentinel at the marvel island thing. Wasn't too sure about the sentinel colours, I prefer the other one.

I went looking for the Crime Syndicate 5 pack today, and OMG I found one and two.

I found it today too.

$75 bucks, though?! Damn that hurt!

I also couldn't pass up the Batman Legacy Joker, damn awesome figure!

For some reason they clearanced the MU 2 packs down to $5 at my local Walmart.
So I took advantage, and when I knew the new ones were not going to come up at $5, I did the old "well all the pegs are marked $5 bit" and they let me go. I took all they had, somebody beat me to all the Ironman & Thor sets. There was atleast 3-4 of those the day before.



I stoped by K-Mart the other day for Batman and A Star Wars B-Wing. I was looking on e-bay and saw the sticker on the Batmight figure other wise I never would have thought to look there for exclusives.

I saw Batman legacy figures everywhere on holiday, especially Mr Freeze and the Joker. I imagine those will be getting clearanced before long too.

I'm hoping since the legacy is not a Target exclusive like I initially thought.
I'm waiting to get the rest of them cheap. Or at the very least buy some minty ones now and just buy them again when they clearance and do the old switcheroo

I got legacy Batgirl I'd say nice figure etc but she's just the 2-pack one with a black suit BUT I landed her for £6 because she had no cape (which is fine as I hate capes)

I think I might have to pick up that Batgirl when I see her!

Finally found the NECA Freddy at TRU! They were out of Pt.1 but the Freddy's Revenge is the overall better figure, anyway. Now I can't wait to get the Dream Warriors & Dream Master versions!
Also found Robocop. Very cool looking!

Oh, and my comic shop got in the MS Capt. America movie figure. Cap turned out pretty awesome.
Red Skull comes out next week, can't wait!
I should probably hit up my Disney Store tomorrow to see if the comic book Avengers are out yet. I've kinda been avoiding the mall because the back to school & tax free weekend shoppers have taken over & it's been worse than friggin' christmas the last few weeks!
