You're completely right. I'm waiting for ITV to go under myself I don't think they can survive without a massive overhaul.

ITV is pretty much has a female core audience (not to sound sexist or anything lol) so to expect anything of value from it anymore is asking for too much.

I remember the days when it was nothing but awesome on there. Especially its late night shows.

You're right though it is mostly females, ITV is the tv equivelant of the daily fail nowadays imo.

It was thursday nights they were fantastic with Married with Children followed by Sledge Hammer & whatever american sci-fi/ action series they were showing at the time as well as Mariella Frostrup's video review show, which was almost certain to have boobs in it

Same with C4 imo it used to be cool with things like the Red Light Zone, Disinformation & decent world cinema seasons & now it fluctuates between teenie shows & middle aged women's programming

Ah man I remember Sledge and MWC but TBH I got into MWC when Sky bought the rights (Americas best sitcom ever)

You're spot on about Channel 4 since the naughties kicked in that Channel went to shit. I blame Big Brother and Channel 4 for upholding complaints for it becoming a pool of shite!!

I'd say everything started to go wrong for C4 when it bought friends myself.

I could complain about C(SI)5 as well but that's too easy

Every now and then channel 5 have the news so that's two programmes broadcasted.

I miss the old days, I learned how to wank watching repeats of Rita, Sue and Bob too on channel 4. Now I learn how some man in china turned in to a tree.
