Went to SDCC 2014! Had A Blast, but it's wearing on me.

Had A Blast, but it's wearing on me. it's not really worth the money spent to go, only to fight lines, constantly hearing "keep Moving!" by power trip security people doing what they think is crowd control. and dealing with caped off lines.

It's literally impossible getting all the exclusives unless you camp out every day. Or in our case beat the system.

  

I did my first interview with the Star Wars figure Designer Bill Rawley and Jeff Labovitz from Marketing.
I met Zachary Quinto SPOCK! (wouldn't let me get a photo with him though). But I totally understood.
Saw Hulk Hogan, Sting, Mike Tyson, And a Hoard of other CW stars.
Got to See The Flash TV Pilot commercial free the first night.
Crashed the Playboy / Bates Motel Club event.
Snuck into the HBO Games of Thones exhibit. No way was I going spend 5 hrs in that line. And I came home with the goods. So it was a huge success in that regards.

The last Boxed I shipped home arrived at my parents house today.
But what I got and later will photo is:

The 6" Jabba The Hutt Throne Room
The 6" TRU Cantina Showdown

And I went 3-4 on the LEGO mini figure give away.

Oh and yeah I thought the Flash was good. It was a little hurried, And the cast is very CW. but over all not bad.

Sweet haul. Guess I'm giving The Flash a try when it airs over here then

I got this at SDCC. I thought I was looking for the Toys R US booth on the convention floor. After going up and down the area I was directed to by Hasbro I decided to ask Entertainment Earth. I order stuff from them all the time, I'm sure they would help me. Well they did, they directed me to their glass display case out front of their booth and there it was amongst all the other stuff they were selling for other stores. Even though it's not a SDCC exclusive and not a very accurate depiction of Han blowing away Greedo, I still decided to buy it right then and there anyway rather than try and face the condition issues at TRU.
