TNI have some pics from the the Thundercats booth. Lion-O and Tigra look okay, they look like they're made from that hard shiny plastic though.

Nothing else much of interest, the new stuff from NECA looks good. Shame it never looks when released.

Just upped the thundercats stuff. Yeha not a fan of the shiny shiny look but they are not as bad as I thought they'd be. The classics look awesome just kills me that they're 8" im still getting thme though!

So far Im mostly impressed with the Thor figures and that there are a variety of characters as suppose to just Thor!

The neca stuffs been upped on TNI.

The Thundercats classics look cool, interesting articulation on the 6" new series figures.

Thor's ok but where are the villains & comic figures?

The Cap stuff is more to my liking it just look more fun & Desert Cap looks like it would make for a quick & easy Captain Midlands custom (he's a real marvel character).

Liking the classic Avengers boxset mostly for the Jacktastic Hulk, & the FF boxset to a degree.

Classic 70's Captain Britain is a must.

Oh yeah, Im liking the Cap figs especially the Cap britian and US agent etc

I suspect its early days for THOR and Cap im sure we'll see a IM style comics line

OK NECA is up LOVING the Duke and Alien figs, getting them without question!!

what I've enjoyed watching most is the NECA stuff. The Freddy's look awesome. Preds do too.
And the new Gremlins is totally from out of nowhere!

The Marvel stuff looks pretty good, too. But what really blew me away was the SDCC Starscream Skystriker...oh, and the Indy figures!

I was surprised by the Gremlins too. Is it the 25th anniversary this year? Its funny cos I saw the re-released ones in Menkind at the weekend and was considering getting Mogwai, I'll probably wait for the new ones now. They also had the very average looking Predators figures, shame cos I really wanted a classic Pred for my film figs lineup.

The new Terminator stuff looked good as well, I'd love it if NECA did some Rambo figures in the same style

Liking some of the young justice figs that are in the style of DCUC ill be getting those.

I'd hope we got a comic wave for Thor.

The Gremlins 2 line looks awesome, as do the original Terminator figures & Duke

Gremlins came out in '84, and pt. 2 came out in '90, so it's not an anniversary.

I guess NECA is capitalizing on the 80's nostalgia with a license they've already had for a while. I'm sure it chapped them losing the Ghostbusters rights & not getting BTTF, which were 2 lines I remember they were dying to do stuff with.

It would be cool if they could do the female Gremlin as well. NECA never seem to do enough with their licenses, they had the Streetfighter licence a couple of years back and only made 6 figures and then there was the TMNT fiasco.

I know! We never got Shredder. Ugh.


And I'm really liking the F3 & Classic Avengers set.

I was kinda disappointed with the Ghostbusters showing. If all they're planning is more GB variations then this line could fizzle real quick.
Really liked the new MOTU stuff. Man-E-Faces, Clawful & concept Teela are definitely on my "buy" list.

Too true IMF but it's based on sales and their street fighter line didnt sell well according to them or according to peeps on the ENI boards.

TMNT they said they were willing to release but there wasnt enough interest apparently. Which is probably why Playmates havent released anything TMNT wise yet.

I am loving the Joes and at last it's nice to see a Zartana figure FFS hopefully more Dreadnaughts

as far as DCUC goes, the LOSH & Crime Syndicate box sets are a must buy.
No brainer on that one!

The all-"Bad Ethnic Stereotype" Superfriends wave is fucking genius!

The Batman Legacy series is kinda mixed for me. I dig the Gary Oldman Comm. Gordon & trench coat Joker, but the color scheme on Mr. Freeze is hideous!

And MUCH props to Mattel for finally getting us classic "Macho Man" Randy Savage & the Von Erich bros!

...and looks like Jazwares has the Street Fighter license now.

Not sure if they'll be 3.75" like their MK figures will be, but hey, those A-Team figures were works of art so hell yeah, right??

I was gonna post a Jazwares thread but couldnt be bothered on the same bases you said. Their A-team figs sucked so bad! I have no hope for their SW or MK figs

I wasnt blown away by DCUC this time round, ill be giving those figs a miss if Im honest apart from young justice (great cartoon)

The racially insensitive superfriends wave is mostly a pass for me with the exception of Bronze Tiger (mostly because he'd make a cool Prince Tuftan to hang around with Kamandi).
