So I've been going through some chages

Dunno wether I mentioned it or not (probably did and forgot) but I have been on a mission of weight loss in the last 7 months. Just thought I'd share my progress with you guys.



Been a hell of a hard journey, yet the weirdest thing was that during this period of calorie restriction I couldn't stop watching Man v Food...

Al I've always had tons of energy even as a big guy but since turning 30 it started to take its toll on me. I was becoming more and more exhausted, my back and knees started hurting I was sleeping for 14 hours at a time. I was becoming less mobile as a result and started gaining. Since dropping all that weight I got more energy than I know what to do with LOL so now I go to the Gym.

Oh and the best part of all this is that the ladies are starting to show an interest (well ok about 4 to be honest but 4 more than before). Bout fucking time

I know I can't help being sad about it. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW BEAUTIFUL IT WAS SEEING YOU JIGGLE YOUR TITTIES AND BELLY AROUND. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW!!!

Only thing that'll be jiggling are my balls against you OPTIMUS PRIME MUAHAHHAHA!!

So anyway. Hows the gym going?

Gym's going great just starting in basic cardio and light toning exercises. Strengthening up my knee as well

I'm thinking of joining one. I need to cos I don't want to be one of those people who go to the drs every week with their problems. Which is inevitable as you get older I suppose.

I bought trainers the other day and changed a few food things a couple of weeks ago. I'm just going to keep making subtle changes so its not such a shock the system when I do go.

I'd imagine its easily done. It must be difficult or to keep track of your weight and stuff as scales don't normally go above 20stone. (I hope that doesn't sounds condescending, it wasn't meant to) and then I'd imagine people might not want to know how much they weigh.

Anyway you don't have to worry about that stuff anymore. But you will need a new avatar. The only person I can think of who is slim and has the same hair as you is ronald mcdonald
