Basically they're offering up a collector's club for DCUC like the do MOTU & Ghostbusters

Thing is the figures they offer won't be in retail stores, but you can buy them individually like you do Ghostbusters & MOTU without the sub (of course you won't get the exclusive figure, whatever that might be) BUT... unless they meet a minimum subscription quota they'll cancel the deal & won't even make the figures they've already announced:

Jay Garrick Flash (!)
Poison Ivy (!)
Starman
Atrocitus

Only Jay & Ivy interest me, in fact those are the 2 main figures I've been looking for since DCUC came to exist.
I like the idea of fan-friendly characters that won't make it to a regular wave, but no fucking way I'd sign up blindly for ANY line.
I hope this isn't Matty's way of phasing out the line in stores. But with the reboot looming & the fact I've pretty much got the main characters I could want, it wouldn't suprise me if it really is the beginning of the end.

I bought into it 2x over. If it takes off I don't want to be left out off the fleecing.
We can't provide adequate product to our customers without them paying up front for figures.

You have until the 5th to decide.
