I saw Lion-O and Mumm-ra in tesco today. Both are awesome much better in person. I thought a little bit smaller than 6", but wouldn't be a problem for me.

Mattel and we know how price retarded they are. Then again TRU has a tendency to mark up figs too.

I'm just looking at the TMNT base, Classics and maybe the 6" hobbit figs, the one I saw was average but the days of TB are long gone

I've been impressed with the online pics for the Hobbit figures but I didn't really get into the TB LotR line so it's an easier sale for me.

I saw the Hobit figures in TRU yesterday. They are ok I guess, The 3 3/4" figures seem very limited with the long tunics they wear.

I've just picked up the Hobbit 3.75" Bilbo & Gollum 2-pack, Bilbo is not far from Star Wars quality imo & he has a working scabbard.

Also spotted the 6" in Waterstones of all places, they looked great apart from Legolas needed slightly better eyebrows & Tauriel's face looked abit too pink.
