Chris Evans is Cap America

Yeah the same bloke who played Johnny Storm. Bloody stupid idea to cast someone who already has a role in Marvel film universe! Miscasting of the decade I think.

Well in all fairness, the others the had in the runnung can;t act for shit. I like CE as an actor, he's very charismatic but casting him as Cap is fucking stupid.

They should have gone with my original idea and cast Samuel L Jackson...what?

I wonder if Disney will consider doing a Captain America/ The Rocketeer team up movie, they own them both & they have the same director & are set in WW2.

I wanted Sam worthington to play Cap, I think he would have portrayed Cap's personality better and gave the character more depth. Evans is good at arsing about and doesn't suit cap's character at all.

The rocketeer film was just pure win!!

Evans is a good choice. Jim from The Office would've been a BIG mistake.
Same for mr. driftwood Channing Tatum

Honestly, my choice would've been Jeremy Renner from "Hurt Locker", but I hear he's not looking for big budget cash-ins and wants a respectable career instead.

And truthfully I wouldn't be 100% satisfied unless they learn how to de-age Howie Long, or Ed Harris or even "Aliens" era Michael Biehn.
